Another potential issue, is it double sided? Sometimes when previewing a double sided job it shows the side not being cut. I've never figured the subtle nuisance out, sometimes it shows each side being cut. PoooooF magic! It works just as it is intended and/or programmed to work!!! PoooooF MAGIC !!...

Cut .125" deep Pocket Toolpath with three different size endmills and then for the outline of the text 30 degree V-Bit on the text vectors. Correct Yes that looks very much like a ballnose on a "Roughing Pass" not a Finishing Pass.

I can see the fine lines of the stepover so I'm pretty sure you did a finish toolpath. Looks like you need a smaller diameter bit especially on the gun. I am sorry ohiolyons I beg to differ the fine lines can be from the stepover of the roughing toolpath. I do not believe the Finish toolpath was do...

Can even add a bit of a rounded edge look too!!!
