Shapes with radius corners - enlarging

So I draw a rectangle, say 20mm x 100, then add a 5mm radius to each corner. But then if I cange the size to say 40 x 100, the radiused corners get 'stretched' so aren't 5mm anymore. They then can't be removed using the raduis tool. Is there a way to do this but keep the original raduis, or indeed r...

How do I save a VCP file as something like a jpeg? Basically I do the design, but then want to send it to a layman for them to preview and approve.

My machine is a Red Sail 1313 used only for 5mm thick polypropylene with sheet size 1m x 1m. I cut parts to make dog boxes for cars - sides, floor, roof, and weld it all together.

Re: Strange toolpath repeating.

Just to close this one out, all sorted now. The post processor programme requires modification for my machine, which was done by the supplier on the original version 7 supplied with the machine. Unfortunately he just modified the existing one rather than generating a new unique one. I simply copied ...

I guess I can do a very simple square and compare the Gcode by eye, there can't be many lines of code for a single pass?
