Thanks guys! Here's the Plastic kit that I'm scaleing the parts from. From 1/35th scale to 1/6th scale, just measure and CAD it up, export as a 2D DXF file to Apsire to make the cuts! Sounds so easy when I say it.....LOL

There seems to be no way to edit old post's on here so I'll repost PIC 003 of the tutorial. Tim had pointed out something to me and looks like he's correct! I'm not sure what happened back when I did the tutorial that needed the slight correction on the sweep, but it seems now it works perfectly! So...

In 2 rail sweep the bit seems to work from the center of the bit, line to line and there don't seem to be an offset for the bit, so you end up with an over cut of half the bit diameter. I just allow for it in my drawings.

Yes Tim, under normal conditions but in doing this sprocket profile you'll see you have to change it a tad due to where it stops and returns, you'll have to try it and you'll see what I'm talking about. Thats for sure Tim! Many ways to do it, here's how I did it! Now I'm no expert at this but it worked for me doing it this way. I'll have to post screen shots of the PDF I made due to size of file. 17 Photo's in total, 6 at time due to limits here, so its 3 posts total.
