In Mach 3, try checking 1/2 pulse Sherline. That won't have any affect with the Smoothstepper. Try reducing your acceleration and velocity in motor tuning. Gerry I changed the speed and velocity and had no change . It still stopped briefly while the g-codes are still reading. Thanks for the help Ken

I am using Aspire 4.5 and Mack3 When I start Mach3 whit a smooth stepper. The router moves through the g codes and the stops briefly and restarts while the g codes are still running therefore the coordinates are off and it cuts a different path.
