I am cutting plywood 10 ply I will look for a down cut mill.

I am using a straight flat 1/4 end mill brand new my first cut is .030 deep. One side of the cut is fine the other side is tearing out on the edge. My speed is the highest set on my Bosch 1670. Just a sacrificial surface? No vacuum.

I just purchase a Meteor from Probotix shipping this week and wanted to know what the best material to use for my spoil board.
I live in upstate ny and have all the big box store to buy from.
I know when I setup the Meteor I will have to cut or surface my spoil board what the right bit to use.

I will price some round over bit. Sound like if I have more then 2 or 3 to do the round over bit is the way to go

I would like to put this radius on one edge 3/8 and flip it over to do the other side the thickness of the wood is 3/4

I know I can buy a radius bit I was hoping not to.
