It case it helps someone, if I change the array to be distance based on offset and not gap, then it works as expected. Lesson learnt.

If you have WIFI available to both machines I find it makes the workflow simpler to drag and drop the GCode into a folder on the CNC connected PC. You'll probably need to create a little network and buy a cheap network switch but it is handy. Another thing you could do instead is use DropBox to shar...
