The file isn't very large and the dragging of the bit happens at the beginning of the file. I can't speak to the Z axis because I believe that I have all of the parameters set properly. I'm having a problem with writing text. The bit will drag across my project from letter to letter. it comes up but not all of the way out of the letter. I believe that I have adjusted the distance above the project correctly but it sill drags. I need some help in trying to fix this problem.

First off I don't have the equipment to shave off .001 of the spoilboard. I will got on face book and looks at some of the ways that on there. Maybe I'll just place a couple of sheets of paper under the low side of the material and lift it, hopefully that will level it enough.

Ran my CNC Piranha for the first time. Confused: When the machine started running, instead of starting at 0.0:0.0 on the bed it started in the lower right quadrant. Is that normal or how do I correct it to the center of the bed?
