Using VCarve Pro 8.5 with a Next Wave Automation Piranha, I decorated a Puppy Kissing Booth that I made with signage and a donation box. The signage was all 1/2" MDF with two tone paint finish. I was shocked when I read the manual for the DWP611 and it said that it required factory service replacement of the brushes every 100 hours of use. That's way too often and expensive, they should just convert it to a brushless motor and no service at all.

In VCarve you can Export your customized too list. I noticed that PVC doesn't use the same tool list as VCarve and there is no Import option. Is there a way to have a common tool list so I don't have to enter the data twice and introduce errors? Or is there a way to Import the Exported list from VCa...

If you're using Windows and you right click on the image file in Windows Explorer you can select "Rotate Clockwise" or Rotate Counterclockwise" before dragging the image into PVC.

The USA data is higher resolution than everywhere else but you can easily click into the maps to select the data that you're looking for.
