Vectric Customer

I purchased photocarve years ago and still have the order number and registration number. when I upgraded my computer I had no disk for photocarve so I downloaded the trial version and it wont let me enter the registration number. help please with this issue.

since the new update every time i create a 2d cut then save it i try to open it again and i get error 103

the only problems i have with text on text is not being able to get a smooth finish in the carved areas. I use an end mill to do my cutting
