I am running Linux Mint 20.3 with Wine 7.5 staging. VCarve Pro 11.010 runs perfectly. I would guess that older versions would run also.

Actually it works perfectly if I load a previously created file. Just doesn't work right with a Linux environment file. Thats what weird....
