I am having trouble getting a 3d to look right. I have been working on a ceiling tile and maybe over thinking things. Sometimes it helps to
get other peoples ideas on procedures on how to build.

I would say that you are pushing your machine to hard.

Import into Inkscape (which is free) then do a color fill.

By the pictures it looks like you have never leveled your spoil board, that would make a difference in the depth of cut.

The fact that a 1/4 in. down cut was used will push down on the material has to be taken into consideration. If the 1/16 bit was an
upcut then it will pull up.

Unplug the monitor then plug back in.

I would say your keyboard is failing. Have you tried another keyboard?

Yes they are the same.

If you rotate the image within Mach 3 you will see the image appear.
