Re: Making Grandbaby Projects
That is very nice work. I'm sure it is going to be used often as that grandbaby grows up.

Re: Tribute Redux
Very nice work!
Would it be possible to share your information on Arduino Nano?
What is it?
How did you program it?
Where do you get them?
....and of course any other information about it you would care to share. It appears to be a very interesting device.

Re: Version 10.5 Multiple Post Processors
Well, the manual migration of the Post Processor from version 9.X got me working again just like before. Yes, I am a happy woodworker once again.
Thank you for all the support this forum provides.

Re: Version 10.5 Multiple Post Processors
Ok, went back to version 9.X and manually copied the post processor in question to the MYPOST directory in version 10.5 but I have not had a chance to test run it on the machine yet. I will post and update after I test run it. Probably tomorrow or day after. Thanks for all the input everyone, it is ...

Version 10.5 Multiple Post Processors
Has anyone noticed and bug when selecting between post processors in version 10.5. Using the same post processer as I used in version 9.x for a Diamond Drag Bit but now in 10.5 the spindle turns on. I have checked to make sure I was selecting the correct post processor and I was. Could this be a bug...

Re: Why can't I read my post processor
Thank you so much again for responding. I did however realize that this was the case when I went to save another job out and noticed clear as day the area to select the post processor. But I certainly do appreciate you monitoring this forum and helping all of us out. Especially, when we have what ap...

Re: Why can't I read my post processor
It works, thank you so much! You are a life saver! I have another question: Once I select the Diamond Drag post processor while using the engraving tool path will it automatically revert back to the normal wood cutting tool path. I.E: Engraving on image on a piece of Acrylic and want to use a upcut ...

Re: Why can't I read my post processor (Please Help)
Thank you to all of you who responded extension of .pp works great. But it still does not let me read it as I am getting a error message now. This is what I did: I modified my main everyday post processor to turn off the spindle (I thought simple fix) I commented out the following line: What it was:...

Why can't I read my post processor
I have edited my post processer and created a new one which is a txt file and saved it to the following directory but I can not choose it from Vcarve Pro 10.0 C:\ProgramData\Vectric\VCarve Pro\V10.0\My_PostP I thought I should be able to choose between multiple custom post processers when ever I cho...

Re: Laguna IQ Post Processor
Thank you, I did find the document on post editing and now have it printed out and also have commented out M03 and M05 lines. However, I'm having a problem now with the vectric software not recognizing it as a post processor file. I did save it as a text file so I will have to do some research as to...

Re: Laguna IQ Post Processor
This maybe simple to solve for some but I know nothing about G&M codes. So here is the need and what I think. I would like to use a Diamond Drag Bit and need to edit the post processor to keep the spindle from turning on while using this bit. I think it may be as simple as editing the post processo...

Re: Speeds and Feeds for Cast Acrylic
I use an Amana 51411 K 1/8" EM to cut the acrylic speed 18K at 70 ipm and a Diamond Drag Bit either 120 or 90 deg using the quick engrave. I use either 4.7mm or 10mm cast acrylic. How long do the Diamond Drag bit usually last? Is the 90 degree give finer lines that the 120 degree? What do you norma...
