My firts 3D carve. Material is a regional hard wood namely pucté. I live in Mérida, Yucatán, México. I use 3/32 ball nose, 10 % step.

Hi Brian. Hands size is 6" x 8". I use 3/32" ball nose end mill, 10% step, 50"/min. feed rate. Finish is transparent spray paint fast dry.

Hands circle

Hi every body. I will like carve several hands in a circle like figure attach. I don't have Aspire yet, in past month only purchase Photo V Carve. Some one can help me to generate a 3d carve of my figure.

Chris is right. Material is HDPE. In my case is for CocaCola.

Septimatech, a Canadian company, I think that is a leader in manufacturing these kind of pieces.

That is the way it works. When making the inlay (male) piece, you have to select an enclosing border as well as the image for the VCarve to get the reverse carving. V-Inlay problem

In the V-Inlay technique you create a rectangle outside the defined material. With the help of a endmill, V tool only will work on the perimeter of the figure you highlight (male). In my case, after calculating, V tool paths are generated on the boundary of the rectangle too. Any help?
