You can create a form tool from those vectors once you've joined them into a single vector. You will need to straighten up the top right as well. I have another ogee that do not work as well.
I joint vector in Aspire but it keep telling me it is nor good???

The vector has a few problems: 1. the EPS file has an offset. Turn that off. 2. It has 9 unjoined vectors instead of one. Join the vectors 3. The upper portion of the vector is not as far in the X direction as a lower part of the vector which creates an undercut. (See drawing) Undercuts are not sup...

Hi, I had the same problem and it was because the plate that hold the router was loose from the hiwin. You will need a long allen key to screw the loose one if it is the problem. You can check by trying to move the router (spindle) plate. PS: it would be almost impossible to get a perfect surfacing!...
