It was the spindle slightly out of square.. Just used a small square and did a couple of adjustments & fixed the problem..

Yes paul i understand what you mean about reduced tool life etc.. Did another test today and tried G61 PP at normal feed rate i use 2000 mm per min... It had NO effect to the pocket part and still got rubbish corners so thats not a fix.. My next step will be to change the P0.003 in the code to P0.00...

Yes Leo i was going to update what i find.. Done some tests today. Wow what a difference it makes just by slowing down the feed rate.. i was/am using 2000mm per min and for the pockets i tried to different slower speeds. 700mm per min made a absolute perfect finish with it being 100% exact & at 1400...

I cut some 10mm plexiglas for my dust skirt the other day.. i used a 3.125mm single flute up spiral cutter at 22000 rpm's at 2000mm per min and cut perfectly with no clogging etc..

Hi sorry have been away for a couple days.. Yes I'm going to do some tests on slower feed rates and try the different PP G61 etc..

Ok i did not relies that. I will have a look around the program tomorrow and see if i can find it and check all the settings.
Im only new to all this, hence why i posted the question & i thought it would be something as all the other cuts come out great..

Ok so i recut the pockets today and got some video and pics to compare all 4 pockets.. the first cuts fine but then the other 3 are not as perfect as have some rounded corners etc. You will see from the pics what i mean. hope this helps show my problem.. Hi Leo Yes i no you only need one pocket tool path but i was trying them that way to see if it made a difference.. Im having problems with all pockets like that.. Ill do another test cut later today and get better pictures and try and get a video of what its doing.. Ill post them tonight (my time). ...
