I have a question about how you did the slots for the panels, how did you make it cut the slots in both directions at the same depth the second cut cleaning up the first cut?

Question - you said 1 1/2" wheels, the 1 1/2" dual wheels at Casey's say they need a 7/32 axle hole
but in your crv file you only make a 3/16 hole, do the axles fit or do you use a different axle?

using vcarvepro 7 and was trying to vcarve then with 60 degree 1/2" v bit bit no matter how slow set the router speed still got sopme melting in the letters.

Very nice projects. Am also a new user of cnc (homemade machine) and vcarve 7 how do yuou do the lettering in plexy.
