We replaced the spoilboard on our table (MDF) and in the process of planeing the table it would seem as if our router is no longer square to the table. It would look as if its less than a thousands of an inch on Y+ / Y- but more noticable on X+ / X-. Its leaving a 'staircase' look in the spoilboard....

A few jobs on the go
The Albaaks sign is routed on cedar and gold leafed.
The deer table is all made from pine. I do the routing and a friend of mine
builds the furniture.
The other signs are all made of HDU

The sign is roughly 10 inches high by 30 inches long. I airbrushed the real fine detail then sprayed the gray(lower areas) all other painting is freehand without masks. I haven't painted vary long, but with the right paints and proper brushes, you can pick it up pretty quick with practice. My oil br...

I run a vinyl and digital sign shop, I have just started painting in the last year. I paint to relax. No matter how tedious the painting, I find it very calming. This piece only took about 5 hours to paint and finish, if I was doing it for a customer, I would have eliminated the small detail on the ...

It is Verigated gold leaf, cheaper than 23k gold leaf but still about $16 a book. I am mainly a vinyl sign shop, but over the last year have started to do alot of hand painting. Most of my lettering brushes cost between $15 and $30 each. (but if taken care of, will last my life time) I am in the pro...

I have had my cnc for almost 6 years, I have not yet changed the spoil board. I use it to screw panels down all the time. I am in the sign business so have easy access to a $10 sheet of coroplast. I lay that on top of the table first, then hold down my material to rout, the table top never gets touc...
