Is there a way to import multiple CRV3D files, along with their associated tool paths into 1 file?
I have a hundred different parts that I am trying to run several of them on one sheet, and I don’t want to reselect the geometry.
Many Thanks, Carl (Strat)

Re: Tool Path Array
Thanks for tips, my controller can not do it, and g code editing would to much time. I use this function at work with Gibbs Cam, and Master Cam and its very nice. Tool Path Array
Is it possible with Aspire, to array a tool path?
I am tiring to program one shape and array it with 3 columns
and 5 rows. It is a complex shape with multiple tool changes.
Tiring to avoid breaking the shape down with multiple layers and arraying the
shapes and then picking all the shapes.

Corian
I was wondering if anybody had any leads on Corion manufacture or distributor, or similar product in the U. S. Not looking for a retailer. Trying to quote a job that can go up to 100 sheets. I might be biting off to much, I don’t know, but I think can do it, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: What is the best way to make a chamfer with V-Bit?
I use profile, I climb cut line left, use offset, say about .005, and just drop the v bit to your desired chamfer . Check the graphics. It works great and its easy. I do it all the time.

Re: text issues
I like a 90 deg for large, 60 deg for med .5 tall, and 30 deg. for fine lines .03 wide. I have also used a .03 ball E-mill for fine lines about .005 deep, but I cut a lot of different plastic. Use the " Text Edit Spacing" when you go small, to spread apart the letters. It will look better.

Re: Feedback for a new Router
My 2 cents, here at my shop that I run ( Piper Plastics ILL. ) we have a C R Onshud, and a Routech Routomat, these two machines run from 8 to 16 hours a day, 5 days a week, and for a few years now with just normal maintenance. My home machine is a Laguna I Q which runs about 25 hours a week for a co...
