Problem opemig Aspire on new computer.

I just downloaded Aspire to my new Desktop computer with windows 8.1(was on my old desktop windows Vista) and I keep get the following message "Initialising PostScript Import fonts for the first time etc". Re: Wall Art

Wolffie,

That clock is indeed an eye catcher.

I am interested in that paint. Is it a spray on or brush on? Is it from a brand name paint manufacture (USA I hope)

Re: Support Pages and Frequently Asked Questions

Tim and Leo I would like to thank you both. Guess I have been spending too much time doing 2D stuff in Aspire. FYI, the reason I am interested in exporting in the STL format is that I am going to get a 3D printer soon and think it would be cool to use Aspire to create some interesting projects. And ...

Re: Support Pages and Frequently Asked Questions

"Aspire can export 3D models as .stl, .obj and .pov file types and 2D vectors as .dxf, .eps, .ai and .svg."

Curious as to where it says on the Vectric web site that Aspire can "Export" models in a STL format. I currently have Aspire to 2.5 and would jump at an upgrade if I can indeed export in STL.

Re: 3d Wrapping toolpath Preview in the future?

I too would vote for the 90% preview window. You could always have a screen pop-up with a warning of some inaccuracy in the preview. Hopeful there would be an option to turn the warning off for those who are well aware of the 90% accuacy.

Stan

I am curious what brand laser you have. I am looking to get an 80 watt unit myself.

Send an email to Frank at Shopbot. Just tell him what axis your indexer is on.
