I will give your suggestion a try on the next one, that makes sense. Fortunately in person the seem isn't as visible as the picture! This is my break through...

I like this project! Cut from cherry measures approx. 12x12 and painted with hammered black then airbrushed gold and copper!! I used a 0.125EN to do the cuts...

I know this is an old post but I just did my 1st interlocking monogram cutout and already have ways to improve it... I purchased a vine font and manipulated it in vcarve until I got what I want!!

What can we do with simple lines and curves???? No one knows but here's my latest...

This was a fun project! A guy shows up at the shop with the end of a wine barrel and says can I turn it into a shadow box for him.... I said yeap and got to work. The eagle is from vectorart and came out great! Hoping to make a few more of these!!! There are pics of it at various stages on our websi...
