I'm cutting this for a coworker. We have the tool paths worked out & plan to cut it this Sunday.
He's made guitars all by hand before & will hand shape the neck. This one is going to be 1 piece body & neck.

One thing that distinguished Stratocasters from Les Pauls or Fender Telecasters was the contoured body shape, not flat topped. That, of course, adds more work (and cost) to the original. You can have your CNC machine cut the fret slots with a small end mill, or mark them with a 60 degree sharp point V-bit for hand sawing them to depth.
