VectorArt3D also has that rope you can purchase. I used 3DMachinist software (free dl on the site) to create the toolpath and loaded it into VcarvePro also for a USMC plaque for a friend of mine.

Are you using Mach3 and if so did you buy a license. If you are using the demo of Mach3 it will only process about 500 lines of G code. (maybe less, been a while since I looked at the specs)
