Re: 1st Try at Firemans Shield
Thanks guys, Its just a spray on poly-stain finish that I rubbed with a greenie weenie to add some depth to the color. I havnt figured out how to carve in the flat areas of the shield yet but I'm working on it. I was actually gonna toss out a question on how to do that with vcarve or cut3D software.

Need Help with an RV Vector
Hey guys I've been working on creating a vector for a Jayco Travel Trailer but cant get it to cut, does anyone have something close to this that I could use? The person I'm making it for wants it to look as much like her camper as I can get it.

Re: 2nd Carving with VCarve my Mini Sea Chest
Sorry I forgot it didnt show my name I'm Howie, I'd love to get together and share some sawdust stories and I think making something to donate would be a great idea. (I'm not sure my work compares in quality to ya'lls tho I'm still learning the machine)

Did my 1st cut3d project last week. It needs some tweaking and better sanding but made for a happy new CPO in the shop.

Keith awsome chest brother, and Jim I love your work too. The wife and I just got the shark a few months ago and have made a few camp signs for family and a couple advancement plaques for guys here in the shop.
