Customer wanted this as an wedding anniversary gift. Her husband is an avid hunter. Created in Aspire from two files. Carved in Western Red Cedar finishing with an 1/8" ballnose, sanded with 180 grit mop sander on an 18V drill motor. The finish is without stain, just 2 coats of Danish Oil.

Merry Christmas to all our Botter friends
Gordon Hendley and I finished the scene of Jesus' Birth today. Gordon purchased this file last month. Loaded it in Aspire 4.0. We placed an outer lip on the file as to be able to accept a picture frame with glass. The lip extended above the 3D model by 0.125 so that when the frame and glass are atta...

Re: Need some assistance please.
Thank you everyone for the input. Did get a response from Mark at Vectric. He stated that there was no one having this problem. What I ended up doing that fixed it was. 1. Saved the tool data base. 2. Uninstalled the Aspire from the laptop. 3. Updated the Antivirus software currently on the laptop. ...

I open the software from my desktop screen without problem. Complete the job setup and when the next screen ...

Lord's Supper
This piece actually began while shopping at IKEA. I really like that store. In the kitchen cabinet area of on the second floor, noticed some fir shelf material. The shelves are 1/2" thick glued up stock. They are only $5.00 ea. Glued up two slabs as when carving something that thin tends to warp. Th...
