Made about 25 of these for family and friends.
4x4x.250 Cherry and Ash
1/4 end mill, 1/8 3 flute ball nose, and
30 degree engraving bit. No clean up on models
but text and outside a little sanding.
Design and Make makes it easy!!

Do you glue the rough sides together?
Clean with alcohol?
Also did you cover the entire surfaces,
with glue?
I don't have much to spare, just want to get
it the first time.

What do some of you use to glue Corian
together. I want to make some Christmas
gifts and need a little more thickness.

I do have the room for coolant tank.
I do use 1/2" shank bits for some projects but mostly
1/4".

I was looking to put a bend in the middle to conform to a round dish. I'll have to look into some of the 3d modeling software. Most I find to be steep learning curve. Any suggestions other thank Aspire? I like to spend most of my time designing and running the machine. Thanks again for your help! ol...

Is there any software out there that I can use
to manipulate the sizes of a model? I don't mean
to move X and Y but to curve, or to shorten it in
the middle.
I know Aspire will but that's out of my budget.

holders I made were personalized with names on
the banner. It was a fun exciting project.
