Vectric Customer

Can someone take a look at this design file and tell me why some of the outside vectors are doing a row of dots and then coming back and cutting the line?
I haven't carved this yet, but am about to.

I'm about to try my first acrylic cuts, what size bit and what bit and travel speed did you use to cut out the shapes?
