You said you were sanding the excess off. Does it come off easier because you shellacked the wood then carved in the design/lettering?

Hey Guys I made a 3d sign of one of the 3d modules (horse head b) I think was the model. My machine has an issue with not being squared up to good. I am going to be working on that soon. So when I cut anything on my table I pocket the interior of the piece in this case I used a 2 inch butterfly cutt...

All primed and color? Do you mean that it is bought pre colored?

You cut it sand it and it is done?

When you are cutting with the HDU foam is there a lot of sanding or does your machine come out almost stain ready?

Training tutorial

I was in the middle of a great training video and I cant find it or my wife deleted it. It was a flamingo 3d training video does anyone know how I can find it again? I have a folder with the model, vectors, and reeds but cant find the video.

I have a question in regards to judge cut depth when using components. I have import the bark .jpg and cropped it to the shape I want I set the properties to (shape height .2 and the base height to .5) when I check the g code my deepest cut is z-.3208 I would like to be at around .750 deep how do I ...

Finish cut

I tried one of the free 3d download it was the fleur de leaf. After the .125 ball nose is done is there a process to trace around the object to take away the vertical lines created on the side of the raised object. I did use a small step over on the finish tool 10%.

Amazing work!!! I am still a trail version user. I have been trying to master aspire before I purchase this awesome program. Are these images made from scratch?
