Looks like your problem has been solved but something else worth remembering is that if vectors are grouped open vectors will not show so before using the tool to find open vectors you need to make sure they are not grouped

I normally set it as I create a new sheet but if I need to make changes then I use the sheets tab as Adrian has already mentioned.
