Re: Editing tool path
Maybe in the future it may be something Vectric tech heads would like to incorporate into the application. Would be helpful for folks who do very detailed work and are concerned about milling time.

Re: Editing tool path
Maybe I'm not stating this correctly. I saved a tool path and edited it in my word pad and saved it again as a revised file. I can load run the revised the using my planet CNC application . I would like to be able to IMPORT this tool path into the Vectric application job but have no luck. Does that ...

Re: Editing tool path
No mask used, just paint as some of the areas are very small. Additional plaque's can be sen at: https://www.classiccarvings.com/ to give you an idea of what I'm talking about. When I do a train engine and the outline is cut with a 60 or 50 degree v bit. The Vectric application go around the entire ...

Editing tool path
I hope this isn't a foolish question: I use a lot of V bits and very small end mills to route my plaques. In some of the tight spots my v bit barely touches the plaque. This adds to the time it takes to complete the job. I would like to eliminate these cuts if possible. Is there a way to do this wit...

Re: FLAKEY PROGRAM
Sorry . . . . . . I'm using 5.157 but the problem started with 5.156
I use a mouse for all my layouts.
Snap to grid is not on. But under Snap Options it was turned on. (I turned it off. But made no difference)
Tablet was not selected.

Flakey program
Howdy . . . . . . . . . I have had a problem with my Vectric Aspire program ever sense I updated the application to release 5.156. (I'm using 1.157 now and still have the same problem. When I try to make a circle/square/oblong using the tools, they don't always work properly. They seem to stop makin...

Dear Santa . . . . .
Would it be possible to "easily" manipulate the tool path on a completed project. When I actually run the program my router runs all over the project instead of going from top to bottom or left to right. Seems to waste a lot of time moving from on area to another. I believe when I used to use ENROUT...

Job Sheet Question
I am running Aspire software on my Planet CNC controller. My question is this: When printing out the Job Sheet, the time required to do a project isn't even close. It takes almost twice as long to do some projects. I do set the bit speed in both your tool setup and the Planet CNC software but again,...
