I did switch to software renderer and it did work. It is very slow but it worked. I will contact support and send the last 3 logs.

Problem when selecting rotary job
I set up a rotary file in Vcarve Pro v11 some time ago and had no problem viewing the 3d view. Since then I upgraded to V11.5 and when loading the same file in I get a wireframe with no 3d. I have seen a similar problem with a laser engraver. A notebook computer was used on the machine and the problem turned out to be the computer was going into power saving mode.

If everything is working but the router and the router is a Bosch could you plug the router into the line voltage and use the switch on the router to control it till you hear from the company? This would allow you to get your work done. Just a thought.
