Re: How to "break" a 'simulate toolpath' calculation
Reviving an old thread here. I have to ask if this was ever solved for the original author? I ask as I have complete sympathy with his situation as described in the first post. My syptoms are virtually identical but my computer is a HP Elitebook laptop running win10 64bit with a very standard instal...

Education licence
I work at a Trade College in Australia and have a single full licence version of Aspire in the CNC workshop. Do you offer an educational package that would allow for say a 30 seat network type licence that could be deployed to our computer lab to expose our students to the software that I use to run...

Re: Program crash when windows is locked then unlocked
Thanks Adam,
I will do some research and find out what a Wacom ISD driver is and then work out if it is up to date.
Thanks,
Richard.

Program crash when windows is locked then unlocked
Hello, I have a frustrating problem that has been occuring since I first purchased Aspire V9.5 (I have upgraded to V10 now, problem still there). Here is the scenario: * Aspire program is open and is the program being used * Other unrelated programs also open but running in background * Lock windows...

Re: post processor Anilam 6000 M
Apparently this is a wilderness area with tumbleweeds blowing through.... Any lonely soul who passes by here looking for a post processor for an Anilam 6000M controller, feel free to contact me. I have spent considerable time making one myself. Currently suitable for both arcs and auto tool-changing...

Re: post processor Anilam 6000 M
Hello, time to resurrect an old thread.
I also have an Anilam 6000M and am searching for a post processor to run with Aspire 9.5
Is anyone able to assist me with this PP?
Thanks in advance,
Richard.

Re: Material size and toolpath origins clashing
Thanks everyone. What I have found is that the 'Job size' as set in the program (essentially the stock around the finished part) is not recognised automatically in the toolpath calculations. Rather I need to use offsets to position in the material. Anyway, I have worked out a system that works for m...

Material size and toolpath origins clashing
Hello, I'm very new to Cut2d, but not new to CNC and Gcode. The problem I am having is that even when I set the material size and the origin point of my job to the bottom left corner of the material, when I transfer the file to the machine it ignores the material dimensions and starts cutting from X...

Hi Scott,
Did you ever get a fully functioning post processor for your aussie A2MC? We have just bought an aussie a2mc with auto tool changer and I can't find a post that works well as yet...

Richard.

Re: Cut 3D only doin 2d......
Thanks Joe, no I haven't but I did a search on CNCzone forums and found that there are 2 Multicam companies one in the States and one in Australia. I have the Australian multicam which apparently equates to an AXYZ machine...anyway the AXYZ post is working on my Aussie Multicam as we speak and is pa...

Cut 3D only doin 2d......
Hello, This is my first posting and am a very new user. I have a Multicam CNC router with vacuum table and auto tool changer. Had my first go at cutting one of the trial pieces today, the rooster but I am only getting 2d moves. You can see as the machine is cutting where the Z moves should be but th...
