Dummy has problem with a file
Ok I am jut a simple minded sign guy but... Could you guys take a look at this file for me? It's a mod of one of Warrens KD Chair, this one is a doubble chair with a table between them.
For some resaon it does not cut correctly the joints are not profiling on the outside so they end up being the wrong size to fit together.

It looks ok to me. It's not something silly like you've setting to use a .25 endmill but you're using a .5 on the machine? I've done that number once.
Take it easy.

Hehehe, no I started the file and it didn't cut correctly so I went on to some other production work. Cutting widgets for a plastic company, not sure what they are for but they need lots of them. I should be finished by this weekend and will be able to go back to playing soon. First I gotta fix the file.
Yes those random drilled holes are for material holdown.

Kimon,
Sorry not to have come back to you sooner, been on holiday since the 6th.
Lockeyone has picked up a few points where you now have overlaps, these need to be modified. Also you seem to have lost the rads at the base of the legs.
The problem with the incorrect fit for the joints is an easy one to rectify.
You have a rectangle selected 96 x 48 inches, in profile 1. Just delete this and calculate profile 1 again.
Cheers,
Warren.
