Help For 650 City

Hello everyone,

This is my first topic and i hope you can help me. (sorry for my English) next year the city i live, is the 650 year anniversary. The weapon sign is a bull with three stars. I live in a street named Great West Out. I have an idea to transform our street into Great Out West (Groot Buiten Westen) with the bull on the floor unconscious and the three stars above his head. i`ve tried it many time and it isn`t working yet. It don`t have to be so detailed as the second picture. But it`s an idea. I hope someone can help me with this project. thanks for any repons what so ever.

Not sure if this will help but you can rescale or add/subtract vectors to get where you want to go.

That`s a great sign i will try that.
