The personalized box top is supurb, the flocking is a nice touch. How did you get such a tight corner with the partitions, with a small router bit or are you using the slicing off the bottom & scroll saw out the centers method?

When you do some of your smaller pieces, what do do to keep the pieces from moving? Is it lots of shallow passes with small bits, vacuum, tape..? I just finished my router and I know already that this will be one of my dilemmas...

The simplest technique I've found is to leave slightly less that .125 inch around the ouside, which then disappears when you cut out the oject and use a .125 corner rouond bit on the edge.

Thanks for the comments.
As for the partitions, I just used a 1/4" ball nose.
Then on the edges I used a 90 degree Vcarve bit for the chamfer.
I think the chamfer is fooling your eyes!
