Here are a few signs I made..
The inlay was my first..
Was having troubles with my machine.
Had a bad backlash problem.
Fixed now, though...
Had some tear out in some of the lettering, but I just filled with some
epoxy..
Used a 1/4" 60 degree Centurion Bit.
The wood is Yellowheart and Aspen.
The second sign was just a test after I fixed the machine.
It is MDF with some Chrome Metal foil..

Very nice grease. Do you apply the foil the same way as gold leaf?

Nice looking signs! And, thanks for the link. I emailed them and asked about spin casting some of their stuff. He said it could be done and told me which ones I needed. I see a whole new line of grips in my future.

It is the same procedure. I can make molds up to 12" in Diameter with my equipment.
