The CNC is a tool, but it can't replace beautiful carvings.

Nicely executed.

If I want to do a really, REALLY nice carving I do not just rely on the CNC. Right off the bat it is not capable of doing undercuts which are key to producing really nice relief carving. It is all about the shadow lines. There is nothing that says a person cannot pick up a carving tool and adjust a cnc carving.

What is nice about blending them together is that the CNC does all the grunt work.
