I found this design (attached) online and have tried a few methods with no luck. The help on this would be much appreciated.

Semi-Sorta reminds me of playing with the Fluting toolpath 4 yrs ago;
[8.31.14 FLUTING SURFACE PUTZ].jpg
Maybe short segments of Fluting with a Big cove bit?
Only need to play with 1 segment, and then do 1 whole line(linear array), then copy and shift second line.
Then Group and Array for the piece?
NOT totally caffeinated...may play with it later:)
I've learned my lesson well. You can't please everyone,so you have to please yourself

Actually it's made with the VCarve Toolpath.
You would use a large ball nose bit.
It's one of the designs I teach in my training classes.

See pictures attached.

Saw the 2" BN and figured I had to see what kind of horsepower Michael has on his Camaster Cobra. They come standard with 12 HP HSD Spindle (5 HP – 16 HP available). That's a nice design on the panel.

Well, if you have a smaller machine and you are using Aspire,,you could create the toolpath using any size bit, then create a component for the visible toolpath and cut that component with a smaller bit.

Just thinking.

Michael, apologize if my post came across as being caddy or not kind. It's that I looked at what tool you use for this panel and was amazed at the size of it and got curious as to what equipment Camaster Cobra has. I know you do a fair amount of commercial work and need the larger machine.

Thank you Michael,
The VCarve toolpath made it very easy.
That's another idea for a future project.
