two sided machiningand z zero position

Postby misterx » Wed Apr 17, 2019 11:14 pm

Hi I am doing a two sided machining job (the two sided marlin) just like Beki's video. I'm using the same z zero positions she did. If I'm using the (zero off same side) in the job setup, when I flip the piece over to do the bottom side do I zero the bit off the spoil board, like it shows with the red dot in the job setup. Thanks Tim

Thanks, That's what I thought when I got just an air carving and went back and look at the file! First time I used the Zero off the same side. Thanks again
