About 0.4" deep and about 4x5 to 7x9
Rough 10 minutes with a 1/4" end mill.
Finish pass using a 1/16 tapered ballnose with a 7% stepover at 180IPM and 18K RPM for 57 minutes per panel.

Very nice! But how do you plan to use them? On furniture or something? Just curious.

In Florence,Italy I saw church doors with sets of carvings. Ghiberti created a set I admire. I thought it might be interesting to make a door for my local church. I’m not sure how soon this would happen, but these were some test cuts.

But those carvings are really nice. Are these thin wood pieces carved, then glued to the door?
