Machining Chocolate
She definitely has to watch the feedrates. The melting point of chocolate is between 86°F (30°C) and 90°F (32°C).

I'm afraid I'd have 100% failure rate and have to dispose of the evidence.
Wonder if Rubbermaid makes a cyclone so I could dispose of the hazardous waste properly.
Hmm Randall.........What's the Moo's hardness of frozen Milk Chocolate?

Re: Machining Chocolate
Wow that is a tasty project right there! How do they hold the chocolate down??
Sorry Randall I think I wouldn't get very far with a project like this, the chocolate would be gone before I'd save the toolpaths out! haha

Re: Machining Chocolate
She creates silicone molds for repeatable items. It seems to me that milling a mold an would be more practical.
She is also using 3D printing for some items.
Her background is in architecture.
Here is a TED talk where she describes her processes.
