Edit an mmg file

Post by ltasset »

How to do I retrieve and then edit a previously saved mmg file?

I think this would be a "G-Code" file.
What is that you want to do?

I'm just getting started using Aspire so I'm struggling a bit. I created a simple file to cut a few letters in 1/4" material and it worked fine. The second one I created, however, didn't work so I'm trying to retrieve the first file (.mmg) from my thumb drive and load it into Aspire so I can see what was done differently.

You don't load the mmg (toolpath code file) you load the crv3d file which is what would have been saved (or should have if you did after creating the job) from within Aspire. When you finished creating the job I assume you did a save from the File menu or Drawing tab icon or did you exit the program without saving?
