Thanks guys. This was a fun project. Not extremely hard to model or cut out, but very hard to figure out the various angles and lengths because I didn't model the chair in any true 3D program. This was designed entirely from some 2D sketchups in Aspire.

excellent Russel, i love how you use jigs to get the cnc to do what you want
woodmizer sawmill and joe's hybrid cnc, a good combination

Here is a completed chair in butternut, with leather upholstery. Changed the dimensions and angles slightly on this chair to make it more comfortable.

Had the CNC machine been available in his time, I am convinced he would have used it.
He was never afraid of trying something different.
