Help with molding toolpath

Post by hmatyas »

Hi

I have been trying to make a piece of molding for a table.
The problem is not with the profile.
The problem is that I get about a 1/4 inch piece at the end of the piece.
I have tried everything, I then checked the simulation and it is also on the simulation.

I have attached the file, it is called TableProfile12.crv

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm trying to make the profile for a friend's son and

he would like it done before Thanksgiving.

Thank you.

Harvey

Us a Boundary Offset just a little larger than half the diameter of the finish ball nose. I used .13"

Thank you, thank you and thank you.

It worked just like you said it would.

I spent all day making test cuts and I could not figure it out.
