Since you only have post a few times, I'm guessing you're new to VCP. In the 2D view, select all. You should be able to then re-size with the corner squares to get a 90mm dish.


Maybe not that new Mike, look at the date joined :lol: :lol: :lol:

I have now cut the Acorn and Leaf and it looks good. More to the point, my customer likes it too! Can I give you something for your kindness?
I'm not sure what you mean by "top and bottom." If it's during import, select the "bottom" button to get a uniform blue color on the model (that moves the model down to be fully inside your block of wood). Darker blue areas indicate to model is being sliced and not completely inside the material. Then click OK.

I was importing using "cut both sides" hence the top and bottom jobs/surfaces created. This is my first 3D job in VCarve although I have done quite a lot of 2.5D work and lettering; this has continued my learning curve, so thank you to everyone who contributed to my further education :-)
