Well, here is my first attempt at a lithophane.
I did it on my Sherline converted Mill.
I used a .125 ball nose for the roughing
I used a .0625 Beckwith ball nose for the finishing.
Enjoy....gotta go make another...
I am going to make the frame next...

Very good and neat work u did:)..How long it took to complete the machining ?..What IPM u used?...I also want to do such lithoplanes but currently i dont have resources..
Please post the complete litho with frame when completed..

Prototype number one..
Still needs a clear coat and the hanger.
It is 2 halves.
The litho is sandwiched between them.
