The allowance left on is greater than 20% of the tool diameter?
I get this with a Rough Machining Toolpath.
Does anyone understand exactly what this means?
Please see attached for dialog box.

On the roughing toolpath there is a Machining Allowance figure. This is the amount of material that will be left for the finishing toolpath to remove. If that allowance is greater than 20% of the diameter of the tool being used then there's a good chance you'll break the finishing tool as that's generally smaller than the roughing tool and the finishing toolpath runs in one pass unlike the other toolpaths that take multiple passes.
So basically make the Machining Allowance figure a value that doesn't leave too much work for the finishing tool to do.
