Just saying hello

Post by Ms Wolffie »

Hi all
Just letting you know that I am still alive and almost kicking.
I had a hip replacement 3 weeks ago so am still recovering.
Hopefully I will be back on my feet soon. :)
Cheers
Wolffie

Hi Ms Wolffie,

Welcome back. Best wishes for your recovery.

Was it a self made replacement hip, cut with Aspire?
Best regards

Didier

Unfortunately No, it was not.
They wouldn't lend me the x-ray files.
Cheers

Glad you posted - missed you here. Love the stuff you do.

Diane had her second hip done about a year ago. Lately we have been going to small New England towns just to walk around, so the recovery is history for her.

You will be glad you did it in a few more weeks.

Hoping that you recover well, as expected and post some new stuff.

Wishing you all the best.

Hey Wolffie:)
Missed you!
Mom had a knee replaced 6 weeks ago, and it's not the same thing I know...but at 86 years old week 3 of recovery was still a pain.
Now at 6 weeks and without a cane I was amazed yesterday when we got my new wheelchair into the back of her SUV for a sister that just broke her leg on stairs.
Every week she feels better and does more.... :)
Wishing you a speedy recovery, and work hard on the PT!
