That is an awesome cross. I haven't made a edge lit sign yet, but I think this would be a great first. I saw you emailed the files to some other folks, I would love to have the files to make my mother (80 yoa) a sign. My email address is craig.thompson1962@gmail.com

Thanks
Craig

Wow guys I don't know if I still have the files. I changed my computer out a few years ago and lost some of the old files. I did the Cross about 4 years ago.

I reposted the link to show another post the way I did the base.

I will look through some old files to see if I can locate them when I get some time.

Mark

Craig and Dan I found a folder with the Cross files in it zipped ready to send.

Please check out the files before you attempt to use them. These files were created with Aspire 4.0.

One thing that I remember doing was after cutting out the inner Cross with tabs I removed the tabs manually to remove the piece and ran another toolpath to remove the parts on the tabs left over.

I did this so I didn't have to sand the tabs off. So make sure you check that out before running the toolpaths to remove the tabs left over.

I also screwed down the material to the spoil board.

The files were sent.

Good luck,
Mark
