Good day,
Im running into some problems here, and I cant see what im doing wrong.
Im pocketing a round hole
trying to go 3/4" deep, and there all coming out about 3/8" deep
Im setting my 1/2" endmill on top of the material.
Its making 2 passes

It looks like your CNC has the Z axis travel per revolution set to 1/2 of what it should be The file looks normal and should be cutting .75" deep.
It might be that you are using the wrong post processor. Z values may being scaled wrong as they are processed.
Check both things.

It's part of the setup of the machine in Mach3. Tell your machine to move a certain distance using Mach3 only and measure the actual movement. If they're different then that's your problem and it's a Mach3 setup issue. If it's the same then the issue is elsewhere.

it's east to check
just zero the bit on the material then move it up until the DRO says 1.00 then measure the distance it went up with a ruler and see if it is close to 1" if not you will need to calibrate the Z axis
