File format question for exporting to V-Carve Pro

I have created a model in Aspire 9.0 that I want to share with someone using V-Carve Pro 9.0. What file format is suitable for use in V-Carve Pro?

For models you would need to export it as an STL. For vectors you can save the file in VCarve format directly.
